Welcome to Month 3 of your “Accentuate Your DISC” journey! As we head into the busy holiday season, there’s no better time to talk about something every team faces (even the healthiest ones): conflict.

Here’s the good news—conflict isn’t always a bad thing. In fact, handled well, it can build trust, clarify expectations, and grow stronger teams. The key is knowing how each DISC style reacts when tensions rise.

💥 D (Dominant): They confront conflict directly and expect resolution fast.
Tip: Be clear, direct, and don’t take their intensity personally—it’s not personal, it’s passion.

💡 I (Influencing): They may downplay tension to keep things upbeat.
Tip: Create a safe space for them to be honest—help them see that conflict doesn’t have to mean disconnection.

✅ S (Steady): They avoid conflict and often hold in their feelings to keep peace.
Tip: Invite them gently to share concerns. Remind them their voice matters.

🔍 C (Conscientious): They want logic and facts—not emotion.
Tip: Stay calm, focus on the issue, and give them time to process before expecting a response.

Great leaders don’t avoid conflict—they manage it with wisdom, grace, and clarity.

“What does this moment need—empathy, clarity, or space?”
