From Reflection to Renewal
 Preparing Our Hearts for 2026

“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?”

Devotional:

As we come to the final devotional of this year, I want to invite you into a sacred pause. Before we rush toward what’s next, it’s important to honor what has been. This year held joy and sorrow, progress and pauses, clarity and questions. Some days felt victorious; others felt heavy. Yet through it all, God was faithful.

Reflection isn’t about replaying regrets or glorifying mistakes—it’s about recognizing God’s hand in every season. It’s about seeing how He carried you, stretched you, refined you, and sustained you. You are not ending this year empty-handed. You are ending it wiser, stronger, and more aware of God’s presence than when you began.

As we pivot toward 2026, let this truth anchor your heart:
You don’t need to bring everything forward, only what God wants to redeem and refine.

Some things are meant to be released.
Some lessons are meant to be carried.
And some dreams are meant to be revisited with new faith.

2026 is not calling you to become someone else; it’s inviting you to become more fully who God created you to be. This next season will require trust, willingness, and obedience, but it will also be filled with grace. God never calls us forward without going ahead of us.

So today, we don’t strive—we surrender.
We don’t rush—we realign.
We don’t fear the future—we step into it with faith.

• What do I sense God asking me to release before stepping into 2026?
• What posture—faith, courage, trust, obedience—do I want to carry into the new year?

Closing Prayer for You

Father God,
Thank You for walking with each woman through this year. You saw every tear, celebrated every victory, and remained present in every quiet moment. As we stand on the threshold of 2026, I pray You would settle their hearts with peace and fill them with hope.

Release them from anything they were never meant to carry forward. Heal what still feels tender. Strengthen what has grown weary. And awaken fresh vision for what You are preparing to do next.

May they enter 2026 confident—not in themselves, but in You.
Grounded in faith.
Guided by wisdom.
And surrounded by Your grace.

We trust You with what has been, and we trust You with what is to come.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Year-End Challenge: A Sacred Transition

Before the year ends, set aside 15 quiet minutes to do these three things:

1. Release – Write down one thing you are intentionally leaving in this year (a habit, mindset, fear, or burden). Pray over it and surrender it to God.
2. Receive – Write one word you want God to define your next season (e.g., peace, bold, courage, clarity, obedience, renewal).
3. Realign – Ask God this simple prayer:
   “Lord, align my heart, my choices, and my desires with what You are doing in my life next.”

You don’t need to have all the answers—just a willing heart. God honors intentional transitions.
